By conducting a detailed assessment of your fitness levels, I can design a training programme just for you, that will help you to reach your targets.
Why not book a block of 12 weekly sessions, pay for them upfront so that you make sure you stick to them, and get started. PT sessions can take place in your own home or garden, or at my woodland workout base camp at Long Spinney in Wing.
PT sessions are £30 per hour.
T&B Boot Camp
T&B Boot Camp sessions are all about exercising outside in the fresh air. Based in a beautiful woodland in Wing, Buckinghamshire, not only do you benefit from the varied exercise sessions provided, but you also get the added extras provided by nature – vitamin D and oxygen!
The T&B base camp area is a permanent feature so you can also use it on your own in between the scheduled sessions.

What is the Be Healthy Challenge?
The Be Healthy Challenge is all about nourishing your body with real, no fuss food. And moving your body in a way that makes you happy! It’s not a diet, it’s not faddy, there are no calories or points to count, and no punishing gym routines. It’s a simple way of life for you, and your whole family. The challenges run quarterly in January, April, July and October.
What do I get for my money?
Sign up for £10 per challenge and you will receive two weekly menu plans for the month, with recipes and shopping lists plus membership to a closed Facebook group for daily support, not just from me, but from the whole group. I also post additional nutrition information and recipes onto the group, as well as fitness videos and challenges. Many members use the Facebook group as a food diary, to share food swaps on recipes, to ask questions and to share their successes, whether it’s weight loss, inch loss or feeling happier, healthier and more energised.
How can I join?
So if you want to get into the habit of eating good food, exercising and enjoying all the benefits that it brings, join the Be Healthy Challenge and I will be there to help you every step of the way. It takes about three weeks to establish a new behaviour pattern, so just think what you can achieve by making this a way of life? Why do I need extra support?
Maybe you exercise a lot and you’re struggling to get your nutrition balance right, or perhaps you have a big challenge coming up like a half or full marathon and you’re just not sure what to eat? Or maybe you’re getting married and need that extra bit of support in the run up to your big day.
How does Be Healthy Challenge Extra work?
There is no formula for how to eat, you need to find what works for you. And I can help you to do just that. Using the Be Healthy Challenge menu plans as a starting point, I will work with you on a one-to-one basis by messaging you directly throughout the day to support, motivate, inspire and encourage you, to help you to reach your goals, whatever they are. I will work with you to find your way through the maze of nutrition and healthy eating information that’s out there, to create a way of eating that fits in with you and your lifestyle.
What do I need to do to sign up?

Being healthier isn’t always about losing weight. Perhaps you’re tired all the time, lacking in energy or concerned about whether your partner/children are eating the right things? Or maybe you’ve become stuck in a food rut and don’t know how to get out of it?
T&B Express is a bite-sized chunk of T&B nutrition consultancy, consisting of an hour-long meeting, either in the comfort of your own home, at T&B HQ or via Skype or FaceTime.
After the meeting I will put together a brief summary report for you, which will contain recommendations for you to take on board. This can be used as one-off advice, or if you then decide that you wish to work with T&B further, we can work out the right package for you.

T&B Menus is delicious, nutritious menu planning, based around you, your weight and nutrition goals, and what you like to eat.
For those who don’t know where to start with meal planning, and would just like to be told what to eat, it’s the perfect solution.
Once your menus have been created for you, you can mix and match meals depending on your plans for the day, and they can also be re-used as much as you want to.
All you need to do is complete some forms and I will do the rest for you.
